Can you help me find something specific?
If you are looking for a specific product or brand, and are having a hard time locating it at local stores or on the web, try our personal shopping service from our toy advisors. Our advisors work with hundreds of vendors sourcing thousands of toys, and can help you locate your gift – even if it is not in the LearningTree Games store! Just email toyadvisor@learningtreegames.com with the name and description of the item, places you have tried to find it, and a deadline date for when you would like to receive the item. We will contact you within 24 hours to let you know what we can do for you. If we are able to find the item, and you decide to purchase the item through us, there will be a $14 search fee applied to the purchase price for the item (if it takes less than an hour to find your item, cost will be less). How long will it take to receive my order?
LearningTree Games default shipping method is FedEx Home Delivery. With our default shipping method, it will normally take 7-10 business days from the day you place the order to the day you receive an order. Larger items may take 7-14 days. Business days are M-F, and do not include Saturdays. Orders which require multiple shipments may arrive at different times, but should arrive within these timelines.

If you choose an expedited method of delivery, then the estimated elapsed time between order placement (by noon PST) and receipt depends on how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment; but in general, times will not exceed the estimates given below.

FedEx Express Saver 5-7 business days from order placement date

Will my order arrive by December 24, 2009?
To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during the high volume holiday season, we will work hard to meet our normal turnaround time despite increases in delivery estimates from our shippers at this time of year. To ensure that your order will be received by December 24, 2009, we recommend that you place your order by the dates listed below, based on your preferred shipping method. Shipments from FedEx may arrive anytime between 8am-8pm on the scheduled day of delivery.

Will my order be received in multiple shipments?
Yes, you may receive your order in multiple shipments. Some orders may include items being shipped from different locations. For other orders, item availability may result in an order being broken into multiple shipments.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item in my order?
Please email us at orders@learningtreegames.com with a phone number where you can be reached, or call our customer service department at 1-877-584-8697 (1-877-LTG-TOYS), M-F 9am-5pm PST, immediately (within 5 working days). We will either replace or refund the item. If there is obvious damage to a shipment, make sure that the shipper notes the damage before you accept the shipment. This will allow us to process a claim and replace your product in the quickest manner. In most cases, the product(s) inside will be ok even if there is some damage to the outside box.
What should I do if I am missing an item from my order?
Items in an order may be received in multiple shipments or boxes. If an item hasn’t been received within 14 days of placing an order, please email us at orders@learningtreegames.com or call our customer service department at 1-877-584-8697 (1-877-LTG-TOYS), M-F 9am-5pm PST.
Do you ship outside of the United States, or to APO addresses?
No, at this time we only ship within the 50 United States. We do not ship to APO addresses. Orders being sent to Hawaii and Alaska must choose the 2-day select shipping option.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
At this time LearningTree Games does not ship to PO boxes.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. LearningTree Games uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to secure communications between Web browsers and our Web site. You can also click on the GoDaddy logo on the bottom of this page to verify our status as a secured site.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time the order is placed to verify that the credit card is valid. LearningTree Games will contact you if there are any problems in processing your order using your credit card.
What is CVV2?
CVV2 stands for Card Verification Value. It is an important security feature for credit card transactions on the Internet and over the phone. It is the three-digit number printed in the signature space on the back of most credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards. It is a four-digit number on the front of American Express cards.

The CVV2 number is always the last group of numbers in the signature space on the back of the card. It is not part of your regular credit card number. It is printed (flat), not embossed like the card number.
