In order carry popular and hard-to-find items at the lowest cost to you, we use multiple sources. Occasionally, an item may become unavailable before an order is placed. We will confirm item availability within 1-2 business days of order placement. If not all items are available, we will notify the customer by email. At that time, the customer may choose to 1) hold the order until all items become available, 2) cancel the entire order or only the items which are not available, or 3) receive items in more than 1 shipment for a $7 surcharge (for FedEx Home Delivery; surcharges for expedited orders may be higher).

LearningTree Games ships to any location within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. At this time, we do not ship to APO addresses or to PO boxes.

LearningTree Games default shipping method is FedEx Home Delivery. We also offer three expedited methods of delivery: FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight. Orders being sent to Hawaii and Alaska must choose the 2 Day Air shipping method. For some items not all expedited shipping methods may be available, but we will ship the fastest method possible.

Our estimated shipping times are based on several factors, including your destination address, and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment. We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen. Orders for multiple items can take longer to assemble before we're able to ship them to you.

Elapsed time from order placement to order receipt = order processing + transit estimate

With our default (ground) shipping method, it will normally take 7-10 business days from the day you place the order to the day you receive an order. Business days are M-F, and do not include Saturdays. Larger items may take 7-14 days.

If you choose an expedited method of delivery, then the estimated elapsed time between order placement (by noon PST) and receipt depends on how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment; but in general, times will not exceed the estimates given below.

Product brands such as ALEX, KidKraft, and Guidecraft may also take an additional 5 days for delivery.

Saturday delivery is a special option not included in our normal shipment methods; please call customer service at 1-877-LTG-TOYS, or email us at customerservice@learningtreegames.com, if you would like to request Saturday delivery.

We try to minimize your shipping charges yet provide you with the highest standard of customer service you expect. Shipping charges are determined by the size and weight of the order, special shipping requirements (if any), and the shipping method you select (i.e. Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, Next Day). Oversized items may have an additional surcharge added due to the size and weight of the item. You'll see a list of shipping methods and charges when you are checking out from the store, but before you enter any credit card information. If all the items in your order are not available to ship at the same time, you will be given the option of receiving multiple shipments for a $7 surcharge per shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email order confirmation along with any tracking number information we have for your purchase.

To keep our prices low, LearningTree Games does not offer gift-wrapping for all available items. For items in the Great Gifts category, we do offer a gift-wrapping service for an additional fee. Add our Gift Wrap Service to your cart and we will do the wrapping for you. Some exclusions do apply. We are not able to gift wrap the following Great Gifts category items: J3403 Fold & Go Dollhouse, J3463 Folding Castle Playset, J4004 Melissa & Doug Parking Garage, J4007 Fold & Go Barn, J4154 Victorian Dollhouse, J4194 Wooden Treehouse, J4575 Deluxe Standing Easel.

At LearningTree Games we strive for complete customer satisfaction. You have 30 days from the time of purchase to return an item (in good condition) for ANY reason (exception given to purchases made within the months of November and December where you will have 60 days to notify us that you wish to return an item). You must email us at orders@learningtreegames.com or call our customer service department, at 1-877-584-8697 (1-877-LTG-TOYS), M-F 9am-5pm PST, to obtain a return material authorization (RMA) number before we can process your refund or exchange. Please provide the following information: Order Number, Order Date, Reason for Return, Email Address, and Phone Number.

Upon receipt of the product we will promptly credit the purchase price of the item to the credit card that was originally charged or exchange the item at your request. Shipping charges are non-refundable. There is a 15% restocking fee. Defective products will be replaced at no cost to you. Surcharged items are the only items that are non-refundable. These are usually oversized items.

Please pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You may use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping, and all returns must be sent using a trackable method.

Orders cannot be changed once they are processed and cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. However, we strive for complete customer satisfaction, and will gladly refund the purchase price of any order that has not yet been received by you. You will be asked to refuse the shipment, and when our customer service department has received and processed the shipment, a credit will be issued to the credit card that was originally charged.

Refunds will be credited to the card that was originally charged. Please refer to the Return Policy to obtain a refund.

LearningTree Games strives to meet and exceed your customer service expectations, and give you the most pleasant Internet experience possible. We pride ourselves on being able to tailor the product selection process to your needs. To do this, we may request and/or collect information from you on a voluntary basis when you register with us and during the checkout process. The requested information may include personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, and home address (visitors purchasing goods and services through LearningTree Games will need to provide a valid credit card number and expiration date, in addition to name, mailing address, phone number and email address). For some activities, we may also ask you to create a password to provide you with access to information regarding your account with LearningTree Games.

If you are under the age of 13, you will need your parent or guardian's consent before you can provide any personal information to us for purposes of registration and other online activities.

When sending email to us, we will not be attempting to collect any personal information about you. We will only use personal information (such as name, mailing address and email address) contained in your email to respond to your specific inquiry or comments in the email.

We may use the information you submit to LearningTree Games to send you advertising or promotional materials from our online store, including information about new products, features and enhancements, special offers and other promotions of interest. We may also use your personal information for our internal marketing and demographic studies, so we can constantly improve the products and services we provide you and can better meet your needs. We DO NOT sell or distribute any information to third parties.

We may disclose personal information in the good faith belief that we are required to do so by law, including but not limited to disclosure to law enforcement or other government officials in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose you or us to legal liability.
